The Product Manager is based in Manila and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. He/she works closely with the Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery and Engineering teams. He/she is also expected to maintain a close working relationship with suppliers, and to have active engagement with Partners and Clients.

Candidate should have at least 5 years of similar experience within the ICT industry with proven track record in commercial management and product development.

FULL DESCRIPTION

The Pricing/Commercial analyst is based in Manila and reports to the to the Chief Executive Officer. It is a key role in commercial management of Cloud Plus’s existing products and services, as well as in developing commercial aspects of new products and services, in keeping with feedback from Partners and Clients, industry trends and competitive threats.

Candidate should have at least 5 years of similar experience within the ICT industry with strong background on date cost, pricing frameworks and margin analysis.

FULL DESCRIPTION

The DevOps will be responsible for building and deploying tools for systems management, integration and automation, predominantly in the Microsoft ecosystem. Primary responsibilities will be to design, develop applications, manage their deployment, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure

Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience using Powershell scriptina, Azure and GIT version control. Should have proven track on working with projects focusing on separation of configuration and code using continuous integration tool. The role is also a Senior role thus supervising or guiding a team of developers is an advantage.

FULL DESCRIPTION

The goal for the Service Desk Engineer III, is to create value for clients that will help preserve the organisations reputation and business by being proactive and responsive to events and monitoring alerts. There are a number of remote tasks that can be completed on behalf of clients and a focus on client centricity and utmost client care and professionalism is expected at all times from this role. This role also aims to identify process and people improvements for Service Desk.

Candidate should have intermediate to advance level of hands on experience supporting clients on with Citrix, Office 365 or Azure technologies. Backgroung on ITIL particularly on Incident, Change and Problem Management is a must for this role.

OUR SPACE

Manila

As we want to support our employees better by providing them a comfortable and spacious office, our new site in Manila will have more workstations, a fully-functional kitchen with lunch-time meal service, vending machines, meeting rooms, and huddle areas. The 2nd phase of the construction will deliver additional workstations and meeting rooms, a well-equipped gym with shower facilities, and sleeping quarters to support staff working shifts or doing after-hours support and change work.

Brisbane

Our Head Office in Wynnum, Queensland has plenty of room to accommodate ongoing expansion of our team. Like Manila, it has a fully-functional kitchen and a well-equipped gym with shower facilities. There is a comfortable reception area for visitors, a board room and a demo room for our voice platforms. There is also a cocktail arcade machine with over a thousand classic arcade games installed on it. Our staff in Sydney and Melbourne currently work from home but have access to serviced office facilities as required, and we are actively considering setting up boutique offices with accommodation for staff travelling to and from these locations.

Prague

We have an office in Prague with views over the Vltava River and Naplavka, a popular hang-out during the warmer months along the banks of the Vltava. The historic Prague centre is readily accessible on foot or by tram. While the team in the Czech Republic is currently relatively small we are expecting this to change in the years ahead as we continue to expand, particularly where there is a need for European language skills both internally and for BPO clients.

Jules Rumsey

Jules Rumsey is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cloud Plus and founded the company in 2010. He is an ICT industry veteran and Internet pioneer with more than 25 years of experience.

Andrew Smith

Andrew Smith is the Financial Controller and joined the company in 2012. He has nine years of experience in a variety of roles in finance, accounting, and admin.

Mark Spencer

Mark Spencer joined Cloud Plus in 2020 as our Channel Director, heading up sales of services within our Cloud Solution Framework and our Outsourcing Practice.
